Offshore wind and some swell coming in from a small low pressure system that popped up over the weekend out to the east. Better waves during morning as outside banks will break with the run out tide. Swell from the East at 1.5m to 2.5m. Wind moderate N/W to West tending S/W. Tides full early and that will suit reefs at Nobbys, Flatrock and Bar Beach. Shorebreaks and reforms at Alley at Newcastle Beach. Redhead, Frenchmans and north Catho down the coast. Birubi and Seals Rocks to the north.
