Swell from the S/E at 1 to 1.5m. Wind light to moderate S/W to S/E during the afternoon. Shorebreaks at Pogos and Dixon for the early. Bank off the middle at Merewether and Cowrie on high tide. Burwood, Dudley and Catho to the south. One Mile and Fingal up at Port Stephens. Nobbys on afternoon low. Slight sweeps in southern corners and only swim at patrolled beaches.
