Low pressure system is moving in a southerly direction and will be off the coast to the east today. Fresh onshore winds for the morning and swell should peak around mid day. Swell from the East at 2m to 3m. Winds strong South to S/E tending S/W during afternoon. Big and messy at most beaches with only a few select breaks handling conditions. Try Nobbys Bank on the late morning low tide. To the south try Catho and Norah Head. One Mile, Fingal and Seals Rocks to the North. Poor swimming conditions with heavy shorebreaks.
