The wait is nearly over, there is now just a week to go until the premiere of Ru Paul's Drag Race UK.
And Geordies start your engines as a Newcastle bar is going full throttle with its excitement for the highly anticipated series by hosting weekly viewing parties.
Just as Drag Race's fierce and fabulous judge Michelle Visage dazzles on Strictly Come Dancing, she will be on screens in Drag Race UK as the worldwide phenomenon crosses over the Atlantic to debut on British soil.
Ru Paul's Drag Race UK will premiere on BBC Three on Thursday, October 3 and city centre dive bar Billy Bootleggers are throwing a huge party to celebrate, hosted by famous Newcastle drag queens Choriza May, Gladys Duffy and Travisty.
Revealing all on Facebook, Choriza posted "Get ready for the campest night watching your favourite show on a massive screen, with themed challenges, amazing prizes, performances and happy hour!"
Before Ru Paul's Drag Race UK has even made its debut, it has been confirmed that the queens from series 1 will be kicking off
The Drag Race UK lineup includes Cheryl Hole, who, as you might have guessed from her name, takes great inspiration from a certain Geordie popstar!
The first of Billy Bootleggers' Drag Race UK weekly viewing parties will get going at 7.30pm and entry is free.
