Newcastle United are still in search for the win that would all but secure their Premier League status after falling to a late penalty against Crystal Palace.
Luka Milivojevic scored the only goal of the game from spot after DeAndre Yedlin brought down Wilfried Zaha late into the game.
United arguably should have been ahead with Florian Lejeune and Salomon Rondon both guilty of missing chances - the striker heading over from close range in the first half, and Lejeune heading straight at goalkeeper Vicente Guaita.
The Magpies were rocked by an injury to Lejeune just before the penalty - with the Frenchman injuring his ACL in a tackle with Andros Townsend.
Rafa Benitez conceded that 'it looked bad' but it was the other knee to the one that Lejeune injury last year.
