Newborn panda twins doing well at Ueno Zoo

Ueno Zoo in Taito Ward, Tokyo, announced Friday that the twins born to 15-year-old giant panda Shin Shin are both breastfeeding and healthy since entering the world on Wednesday.

Although the sex of the cubs has not yet been determined, the zoo said that one measured 13.4 centimeters long and weighed 116 grams by the end of the week, while the other was 15 centimeters and 131 grams.
