New Zealand says it's too early to allow Australians in without quarantine

New Zealand's Foreign Minister, Nanaia Mahuta, says it's still too early for any decisions about when Australians will be allowed to travel to New Zealand without quarantining on arrival.

Here is what happened on Thursday:

  • Victoria record no new cases of COVID-19
  • These were five new cases in NSW. They were all returned travellers.
  • Returned travellers also made up the three cases in Queensland, three in Western Australia and one case in South Australia.
  • New Zealand says it is too early to start discussing when Australians can enter the country without needing to quarantine
  • There are now two confirmed cases from a repatriation flight which landed in Darwin on Sunday
