
WELLINGTON (Reuters) - New Zealand house prices rose an annual 2.9 percent in January to an average value of NZ$684,468 ($461,126.09), government valuer Quotable Value (QV) said on Wednesday.
- Slowdown from 3.2 percent annual growth in December
- Property value dipped 0.9 percent in the Auckland region
- Affordability constraints and low supply continue to maintain modest value growth across most areas, according to QV.
