New Zealand's Central Bank said on Wednesday that it would release its monetary policy statement as scheduled at 2 p.m. local time via normal channels despite new social distancing restriction enforced overnight.
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) said a media conference would also proceed as planned at 3 p.m. local time, with strict social distancing measures on site.
RBNZ is widely expected to hold rates steady.
