New Zealand business sentiment improved further in November on the back of positive activity in construction, retail and manufacturing, an ANZ Bank survey showed on Monday.
The survey's headline measure showed a net 6.9% of respondents expected the economy to deteriorate over the year ahead, an improvement from the 15.7% pessimism level recorded in October.
A net 9.1% of respondents expected their own businesses to grow in the next 12 months, from 4.7% last month.
