Everybody on the New York Yankees is on the injured list.
OK, I may have exaggerated a bit there, but a lot of guys have made their way to the injury list early in this season.
So the team needs bodies and guys who can play baseball at the major league level.
Which brings us to a move the team reportedly made on Friday, as it signed veteran first baseman Logan Morrison to a minor league deal.
This is a fun little signing because Morrison once ripped Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez for getting into the Home Run Derby ahead of him.
Oh, and he also called Yankee fans “stupid” last year.
