A city centre waterfront duplex that looks like it's been plucked from Manhattan has gone on the market.
The Tobacco Warehouse is set to be Liverpool's "next big thing", according to developers, comprising 550 one, two and three bedroom loft-style apartments. It will also feature 100,000 sq ft of dock level commercial space and lifestyle amenities, such as a planned £120m 'super restaurant'.
The property listed forms part of the latest wave of homes for sale and is located on the tenth and eleventh floors of the scheme, which also boasts a 24-hour concierge service.

The duplex boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms and forms part of the scheme's 'West Bay', which offer "outstanding riverside, dockside and city views", according to estate agent Logic.

On the market for £400,000, and hailed as "Titanic-sized", the apartment spans more than 1,700 sq ft.
The entrance opens up onto the mezzanine gallery, which overlooks the huge, open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
Double aspect windows let the natural light teem into the cavernous space, highlighting quirks such as exposed concrete beams and cast iron columns.

Heading down the metal staircase into the living space, décor has been kept neutral to enhance the period features and bare brick walls. The L-shaped, charcoal kitchen has numerous built in appliances.
The bedrooms are also located on this level, one of which is en-suite. They sit alongside a family bathroom and an abundance of storage space.

The Tobacco Warehouse is a Grade II-listed building located at Stanley Dock and was built in 1901. The apartments are the second phase of the area's transformation; the first included the construction of the Titanic Hotel.
