New York Knicks fans are so nervous about Tuesday night’s NBA draft lottery

New York Knicks fans are starting to sweat as the NBA’s Draft lottery, which will be held Tuesday night (8:30 p.m. ET on ESPN) in Chicago, quickly approaches.

They want the No. 1 pick and Duke’s Zion Williamson.

The only problem? They have a 14 percent chance of landing the No. 1 pick, which has them tied with the Phoenix Suns and Cleveland Cavaliers with the best odds. So it is far from a sure thing.

The team is sending Patrick Ewing, the team’s last No. 1 overall pick, to represent the franchise at the lottery in Chicago, hoping the legendary Knicks center can bring some good luck to the team.

Because boy could this franchise, which has been really bad for what feels like so long, really use that pick to get Zion. Especially since they could land two big-name free agents his summer.

The state of the franchise could be flipped pretty quickly.
