We asked Missy Flynn, co-founder of Bodega Rita's and all round cocktail whizz, to conjure up a party-perfect cocktail for the final celebration of the year.
Just grab some dried ancho chilli flakes and let them infuse a bottle of tequila for an extra kick.

Ancho chilli and apple spiced margarita
Ingredients:
50ml tequila
20ml freshly squeezed lime juice
10ml agave syrup
50ml cloudy apple juice
To garnish
Sea salt
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Lime
Apple
To serve
Cocktail shaker with ice
Strainer
Short glasses
