New Vikings kicker/punter Kaare Vedvik will be at Monday’s practice

On Sunday, the Vikings traded a fifth-round draft pick in 2020 to the Ravens for kicker (and maybe punter) Kaare Vedvik.

According to John Perla, Vedvik’s agent, Vedvik will be at Vikings practice Monday.

The earlier the better. It will also be interesting to see if the Vikings waive kicker Dan Bailey or create some sort of kicking competition between the two.

Our first opportunity to see Vedvik will be on Sunday against the Seahawks at U.S. Bank Stadium in the team’s second preseason game.
