New video gives teaser of major new housing development by River Clyde

A teaser video has been unveiled of a major new neighbourhood set to be developed by the River Clyde.

Prince's Quay, just off Pacific Drive, will be the first ever city centre development by CALA Homes (West), with 203 homes to be built.

Located on the former site of the Glasgow Garden Festival in the hub of Glasgow's 'Media City', the new neighbourhood will be a mix of apartments and townhouses, aimed at young professionals, couples and first-time buyers.

Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director for CALA Homes (West), said: "With work on site well underway, we’re eagerly anticipating the official launch of Prince’s Quay and wanted to give potential homebuyers a real flavour of what to expect from the development – which is truly a first from CALA Homes in the West of Scotland."

The new homes will be released for sale in early 2020 through Savills, with the first residents due to be welcomed in autumn 2020.
