The new "Victoria apartments" being built opposite the Ocean Terminal have now hit the market.
CALA Homes (East) has launched a selection of modern two and three bedroom apartments at the Waterfront Plaza development in Leith.
The properties are described as boasting "spacious layouts and extensive storage opportunities" along with high-specification details running throughout, with "built-in technology and innovative features".
The properties are priced between £358,750 and £378,750, and Philip Hogg, sales and marketing director with CALA said the first homes launched at the Waterfront development were "overwhelmingly" popular.
A total of 21 colonies sold out in less than six months, after they were launched last year, and Mr Hogg is expecting similar demand this time around.
He added: "We're thrilled to now be able to offer our spacious apartments to market, with a range that will be perfect for families, professionals and downsizers alike."
