New venues added to Victoria's list of COVID-19 exposure sites

A number of new tier 1 venues have been added to Victoria's list of COVID-19 exposure sites overnight, which now stands at 994 venues. Those new tier 1 sites include:

  • Two residential buildings at 574 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne, between August 31 and September 6
  • Highlands Medical Clinic at 300-332 Grand Boulevard, Craigieburn, between 9:40am and 10:40am on September 3
  • Yarra Youth Centre at 156 Napier Street, Fitzroy, between 1:00pm and 5:10pm on August 27
  • Woolworths at 31-33 Bath Street, Chelsea, between 12:30pm and 1:30pm on September 4.

Anyone who has visited a tier 1 exposure site must get tested and isolate for 14 days.

The new tier 2 sites include:

  • A child care centre in Pascoe Vale for a number of days
  • Derby Street Children's Centre at unit 122/124 Derby Street, Pascoe Vale, for several periods on August 23, 24, 30, and 31
  • At Roxburgh Park, Epping, Point Cook, Ferntree Gully, and St Albans listed last night.
