New vegan shop to open in Morningside with huge fruit and veg selection

A new vegan shop has excited local shoppers after announcing it will be launching in Morningside.

Easter Greens have revealed that they will be opening a second premises after the success of their Leith store.

The new shop will be appearing on Morningside Road in the unit opposite the library and next to Cafe Nero.

After only opening the Leith store just over a year ago, Easter Greens appear to have attracted loyal customers as "Scotland's only 100% vegan grocery store".

Stocking a range of vegan alternatives as well as a mouth-watering selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, they have also introduced new ranges such as refillable products and freshly baked bread.

From pumpkins to pasta, the health store hopes to have everything locals will need throughout the winter, with fruit and vegetable boxes and other items available to order online.

Images from Easter Greens on Instagram showed the new shop being fitted out and stocked up, with the store set to open on Thursday, October 29.

Open from 9am-8pm, staff have worked hard over the last few weeks to ensure the store is ready to open.
