New ‘Valorant’ skins were co-designed by Grammy winning EDM artist Zedd

Grammy winners don’t collaborate on video games all that often, but that’s precisely what EDM artist Anton “Zedd” Zaslavski did with Valorant’s new Spectrum weapon skin bundle.

These sleek skins for the Bulldog, Guardian, Classic, Phantom and knife weapons are supposed to evoke the neon hues of a night club. If you happen to win a match with one of these skins equipped, the battlefield will transform into a dazzling EDM rave. It’s wild stuff, and developer Riot Games wanted Zaslavski’s expertise to help pull the concept off.

“This is honestly a dream come true,” Zaslavski said via Billboard. “I’ve never done anything like this, and I get incredibly excited any time I get to do something I haven’t done before. I’m such a big fan of the game. When I’m not on tour, I literally play every day.”

The Valorant community is already elated over Spectrum, letting Zaslavski know right away how impressive the new skins are.

If you would like to pick up the Spectrum line for yourself, the skin package is already available via Valorant’s in-game store.
