Tottenham hadn't made a signing since January 2018 before yesterday, when they announced not one, but two new signings, including a club record transfer.
First, promising young forward Jack Clarke arrived from Leeds United, then Spurs announced the club record signing of Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon, in what is being touted as one of the best deals of the window so far.
The French midfielder is a hugely exciting talent who was on the radar of Europe's elite clubs, but Mauricio Pochettino's side won the race to sign the 22-year-old yesterday.
Ndombele will not only test himself in the Premier League in 2019/20, but also in the Fantasy Premier League, where he's just been included for the very first time.
But, how much will he cost?

The talented midfielder managed seven assists and one goal in Ligue 1 last season, making 34 appearances in total, which isn't bad at all for a player who is mostly used in a deep-lying midfield role.
So, for a player with this much talent, you'd expect his Fantasy Premier League price to be high, right?
Well, that's not so.
Yes, Spurs' new record signing is only priced at 6m, that's the same as Erik Lamela and much less than Lucas Moura, Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen and Heung-Min Son.
For this price, Ndombele looks to be a bargain buy in the FPL this season.
