People are being invited for a Covid-a19 vaccine in a new scam.
The scam involves a false text message being sent to people, prompting a warning for people to be wary.
People who are next eligible for the vaccine will only be contacted by the NHS, usually through a phone call or a letter.
A Welsh Government spokesman said: “We’re aware of false text messages circulating inviting people for a coronavirus vaccine.
“If the NHS texts you, they’ll never ask for any bank details or a payment”.

The warning comes as the number of Covid-19 vaccines administered across Wales has now reached almost 50,000 doses, accordingPublic Health Wales.
Their data shows that for the week up to January 3 a total of 49,428 doses of the coronavirus vaccine had been given to people.
Nearly all of these were first doses of the vaccine, which is given in two separate jabs.
Only 25 people have so far received their second dose, meaning they should now be fully immunised against the virus.
The Welsh Government has warned people who may become victim to the text scam to be wary of phone numbers they do not recognise, or receiving texts with links to unofficial websites, or featuring misspelling or poor grammar.
Anyone who believes they have received a scam text should report them by forwarding the text message to Ofcom on 7726
