New Tango Ice Blast flavour launches in time for release of The Lion King

A full 25 years after the original animated version was released, DIsney's live action re-make of The Lion King is released this week.

And to add to the excitement, there is the launch of a limited edition flavour of a cinema must-have to mark the occasion.

It was back in 1994 that the world was first introduced to Simba, Nala, Pumba et al as the Disney animation delighted fans of all ages, thanks to songs like Circle of Life, Can You Feel The Love Tonight and Hakuna Matata.

The new version features Beyonce in its cast and is set to be one of the biggest films of the year.

To celebrate, just like they did when Aladdin was released a few months ago with the Arabian Nights flavour , have launched a new limited edition to enjoy while you're watching The Lion King in the cinema.

The new drink - called Safari Smash - blends Mango, Passion Fruit and Papaya and is available right now! But remember, you won't be able to get it at your local Cineworld.

The cinema chain sparked fury earlier this year when they got rid of Ice Blasts , in favour of a Vimto alternative.

The good news is that Ice Blasts are still available from Odeon, Vue and Empire cinemas nationwide.
