New supermarket closing times for Asda, Morrisons, Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury's today during lockdown

As we near the end of the second week of this country-wide lockdown, supermarkets are continuing to update customers about changes across its stores.

Although demand remains at an all time high, retailers are easing restrictions across some stores as suppliers are able to get more stock out to them.

Stock levels are starting to get back to normal across many stores after are operating reduced opening times.

However, this afternoon Asda has confirmed some of its stores will be extended its opening hours after they were all previously reduced to 8am-8pm.

For anyone who still has the dreaded weekly shop to do this evening, we've taken a look at how long you've got to do it and what time stores including Tesco, Asda, Morrisons and Sainsbury's close.

Asda

While the majority of Asda stores are continuing to operate 8am-8pm opening times some have been extended with immediate effect.

Tesco

Tesco's superstores including its Litherland one is closing at 10pm today.

Sainsbury's

Sainsbury's stores are closing at 8pm today. You can find your nearest here.

Morrisons

Morrisons opening hours vary across the country. Check ahead with your local store before visiting.

However many do close at 8pm. You can find your nearest store here.

Aldi

All Aldi stores are open 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday hours remain unchanged.
