There's no shortage of upcoming superhero movies still in the works, even with both of this year's big hitters already in theaters, and it can be a little hard to keep track of everything in production.
Thanks to Superman and The Fantastic Four: First Steps, this summer saw both DCU Chapter One and Marvel Phase 6 kick off on the big screen, but there's still plenty more to come. For one thing, filming just started on Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and Marvel also recently added yet another untitled movie to their release calendar. On the DC side of things, Peacemaker season 2 just kicked off as well, and since the show has ties to Superman, we are betting that there will be some Supergirl references and clues in the near horizon too.

New superhero movies (TBA)
Several upcoming superhero movies have been announced and are in various stages of pre-development. However, there's no guarantee that any of these (bar a few MCU and DC offerings) will make it to the big screen. But they're worth keeping an eye on, nonetheless!
Previous DC projects, such as Gotham City Sirens and Green Lantern Corps, are now dead under the new DC Studios regime. Co-CEO James Gunn announced the slate for DCU's Chapter One: Gods and Monsters in January 2023. But, a new Wonder Woman movie is on the way.
