New street food van serving authentic Greek dishes opens at Albert Dock

Liverpool has welcomed a new street food truck to the city centre - and it's completely dedicated to Greek cuisine.

So Greek Full has found its home at the Royal Albert Dock with the aim of bringing the fresh flavours of the Mediterranean to Liverpool.

The city’s only Greek food truck, So Greek Full comes from a team of passionate and experienced chefs, serving authentic Greek dishes.

From classic souvlakis filled with a choice of marinated meat, chips and salad, to specials including the eight-hour slow-cooked lamb Greek stifado bagel, and authentic Greek snacks such as a feta and spinach pastie, there’s something for everyone.

In addition to the meat mains, two vegan options are available, including a grilled plant-based vegan chicken souvlaki served in a warm pitta with two special sauces, salad and fries, or the vegan steak souvlaki which has been created by the chefs using 100% natural, vegan ingredients.

Prices at So Greek Full range from £4.50 for snacks, up to £9.50 for larger items such as the kouti boxes.
