New series of Bake Off starts with saucy innuendos and suggestive puns

The latest series of The Great British Bake Off begins with a saucy episode filled with filthy innuendos.

Judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith are back on Tuesday night with a new batch of contestants trying to impress with some exceptional bakes.

Presenters Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding are usually the ones cracking the jokes and making silly puns, but in the latest run, the judges and contestants' also get in on the act.

One baker leaves everyone giggling when he appears to simulate a 'sex act' on his rocket-shaped cake.

Amateur baker Phil Thorne, who is hoping to beat off some stiff competition, starts icing the rocket with his hands, MirrorOnline reports.

The 56-year-old HGV driver, from Essex, has to make sure that his rocket stays erect when presenting it to the judges.

Another cake leaves everyone laughing when host Sandi says she is "dribbling" over it.

"You've got to stop saying that," warns co-host Noel, who leaves Sandi very red-faced.

There is more embarrassment in the tent when Paul mishears what contestant Helena Garcia is making.

The 40-year-old Spanish Online Project Manager is attempting to make a 'fairy garden' during the final challenge.

But confused Paul gets a shock as he is convinced that Helena is talking about her 'furry garden'.

"Oh Paul, I know what you're thinking," says Helena to the red-faced judge.

Going along with the joke, Paul asks: "How big your...fairy garden?"

While Prue claims it looks more like a 'fairy mountain' than a garden due to its epic size.

Could this be the most innuendo-filled series of Bake Off yet?
