New Seahawks safety Jamal Adams threw himself a solo dance party to celebrate trade

Jamal Adams seems extremely pleased with the New York Jets trading him to the Seattle Seahawks.

The safety threw himself a dance party on Instagram live after the news broke that he would be joining the Seahawks. Kudos to Adams for celebrating big in quarantine.

The lopsided trade seemed to favor the Jets, who sent Adams and a 2022 fourth-round pick in exchange for a 2021 first-round pick, a 2022 first-round pick, a 2021 third-round pick and safety Bradley McDougald.

It’s understandable that Adams is thrilled the Seahawks gave up so much to get him — it shows just how much they value him. Adams seemed stoked to join Russell Wilson, Pete Carroll and the rest of the impressive Seahawks roster.

That said, Adams showed respect to the Jets, with a gracious tweet about how much he enjoyed working in New York.

But again, Adams is clearly pleased to have landed with the Seahawks and the 12th man.

Certainly, it’s a good match.
