Legendary Liverpool restaurant Uncle Sam’s closed its doors earlier this week - and there’s a new business moving into the venue already.
There are signs up in the windows of the restaurant, which only officially closed its doors on Saturday after three decades in the city, announcing the impending arrival of Fogo Brazil.
The new restaurant is set to open on Bold Street soon, specialising in rodizio-style Brazilian food.
The bar and grill will serve up a range of meats, along with plenty of side dishes and cocktails.
Last month Bold Street welcomed Honest Burgers, in what is one of the chain’s first restaurants in the North West, and will welcome Graffiti Spirits Group’s new venture Slim’s later this month.
