Property agency Savills has appointed a new recoveries and receivership team at its Birmingham office.
The move sees four new team members all join from rival consultancy JLL who bring a new service line to its offer in the Midlands.
Alistair Wright and Simon Hunt, joining as directors, were national heads of the recoveries and receivership team at JLL and have more than 50 years of receivership and restructuring experience between them.
Vicky Beach is an associate who has worked in the sector for more than 15 years while recoveries administrator Julie Brain brings 12 years of recoveries experience.
They will be working with lenders, insolvency practitioners, turnaround professionals, private equity houses and personal enterprises either in distress or seeking to restructure.

Black Country commercial property consultancy Bulleys has promoted one of its original graduate recruits to partner.
James Bird has been with the firm for almost 14 years after joining as a graduate surveyor straight from studying at what is now Birmingham City University in 2006.
John Webber from Colliers International's Birmingham office has been appointed to the 21-strong committee of the Rating Surveyors' Association.
Mr Webber has been head of business rates at Colliers International since 2005.
Worcestershire law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys has appointed Keith Blizzard to lead its construction and engineering team.
He takes over from Andrew James who performed the role for more than a decade but is staying on with the firm to focus on new duties.
Mr Blizzard is a chartered quantity surveyor, construction manager, arbitrator and commercial mediator who previously ran his own quantity surveying and project management company.
