The 2021 NBA draft combine concluded Sunday as the league approaches the July 29 date for the official NBA draft.
The week-long event gave prospects a chance to increase their stock in front of team personnel through various scrimmages, workouts, interviews and more.
The Los Angeles conducted interviews with multiple players such as Gonzaga forward Corey Kispert, Utah State center Neemias Queta, Tennessee guard Jaden Springer and Virginia forward Trey Murphy III.
Kispert, Springer and Murphy III are all possible options for the Lakers with the No. 22 overall pick, but Kispert and Murphy III performed well in the combine so their stocks likely jumped.
After the NBA draft lottery, mock drafts had the Lakers selecting players like Oregon guard Chris Duarte, LSU guard Cameron Thomas, Florida guard Tre Mann and more.
