New Primark hoodie and joggers have customers begging for online delivery

A new hoodie and joggers set from Primark has got customers up and down the country begging for online delivery.

With most of the UK's high streets and city centres closed due to Tier 4 Covid measures, customers have been turning online for inspiration.

But one common source of frustration is that discount favourite Primark is still not offering online delivery for its range of clothes, homeware and beauty products.

That frustration was deepened on Sunday when the chain revealed its latest hoodie and joggers set in an Instagram post liked by more than 70,000 people.

The light blue set, matched with a complementary set of white trainers, was advertised as £10 for the hoodie and £10 for the jogging bottoms.

Many followers rushed to plead with Primark to start letting customers order from the website so they could get their hands on the comfy loungewear.

One said: "Please start doing online deliveries while we're in lockdowns. I live a long way from Primark too."

Another said: "My daughter would love this but living in Tier 4 means I can't buy it!"

While a third added: "When are you going to start doing online deliveries?"

And a fourth shopper said: "I really want these but our Primark is closed. Can we please order online?"
