New presses prove papers have a future

If newspapers are dying, asks Stephen Glover in his Independent column, why is Rupert Murdoch, investing £650m in state-of-the-art presses to print his British papers? Similarly, the Daily Mail and General Trust has invested in new facilities. "It is difficult not to be buoyed by this degree of commitment," writes Glover.
