New podcast series talking mental health amid coronavirus outbreak launches

Reach Plc's very own mental health podcast has released the first in a new series looking at how we can look after ourselves mentally during the Coronavirus outbreak.

No Really, I'm Fine's three-part series will be speaking to a variety of professionals and signposting you in the right direction for support in this unsettling time.

In the first episode, which is out today (Friday), Rosie Weatherly from mental health charity Mind cuts through the noise and misinformation to explain how to look after your mental health and wellbeing during the pandemic.

No Really, I'm Fine is a mental health podcast which sheds a light on peoples' daily struggle with mental health and telling the world you're not alone.

They make mental health the conversation. Journalists Gemma Sherlock, Kate Lally and Michael Pearson host the podcast and they'll guide you through a variety of topics on mental health and wellbeing.
