New pictures as West Ham step up training at Rush Green ahead of Premier League restart

West Ham continue to step up their preparation for the return of the Premier League after returning to group training this week.

The Hammers resume their campaign at the London Stadium against Wolves on Saturday 20 June before a huge London derby with Tottenham three days later.

David Moyes’ side currently sit in 16th place, above the relegation zone on goal difference. They are joined by Watford and Bournemouth on 27 points with just six points separating that trio, Aston Villa and Norwich.

Moyes led his players through training sessions at Rush Green with Jack Wilshere among the group after his injury problems this season.

The Hammers will take part in friendly matches as they look to build their match fitness ahead of the Premier League's restart.

"One thing all the clubs are not going to get is a lot of game practice, so I think getting the opportunity to do that means we can play a couple of games behind closed doors,” Moyes said last week.
