New pictures as Tottenham train at stadium ahead of Premier League restart

Tottenham trained at their stadium on Friday as their date for a return to Premier League action was confirmed.

Returning to their £1billion stadium for the first time since football was suspended across the country, the first-team squad were put through their paces by Jose Mourinho and his coaching team.

Spurs will face Manchester United on a Friday night game under the lights for a Champions League qualification six-pointer on June 19.

Mourinho oversaw a number of drills, including a practice game in home and away kits as previously injured quartet Harry Kane, Heung-min Son, Steven Bergwijn and Moussa Sissoko were all on show.

Club-record signing Tanguy Ndombele, who has struggled with fitness throughout his first season in England, was also put through his paces.

Spurs welcome United to north London for an 8pm kick-off on June 17, before West Ham come to town on Tuesday June 23 at 8.15pm.

A trip to Sheffield United then follows on Thursday July 2, kick-off 6pm, with all three games live on Sky Sports.
