A Manchester company has launched a new online estate agent service offering landlords guaranteed rent.
Stockport-based Three Sixty has launched Three Sixty Living, aimed at tackling the "stress and uncertainty" many landlords face within the private rental sector.
The multi-million pound property management firm said its new lettings service has a team dedicated to removing risk for landlords across Greater Manchester while ensuring tenants have a "safe and great experience".
David Wright, chair of the board of Three Sixty, said: “We are very proud to be able to deliver a new service which we hope helps positively change the local lettings industry.
"Every Three Sixty Living colleague is dedicated to creating a better experience for landlords and tenants.”
Three Sixty Living said it pledges to absorb all extra costs that many agents pass onto landlords, while offering guaranteed rent to landlords.
The firm donates the majority of its profit to local causes, meaning landlords who use it "will know they are contributing to the positive lives of their tenants and communities".
