You've heard of Platty Joobs, Panny-D and the Rona - now get ready to start hearing Cozzie Livs in everyday conversation.
The cost of living crisis has been the topic on everyone's lips for months now - so much so that it has now been christened with its own slang nickname by social media users. A Twitter post quickly went viral showing a screenshot of a conversation that dubbed the crisis the "Cozzie Livs", and people loved the new term so much that many vowed to immediately start incorporating it into everyday conversation.
Much like its predecessors of the Rona (Coronavirus) and Panny-D (the pandemic), Cozzie Livs seems to be Gen Z's way of finding humour in a tough situation, and the new term has left people "absolutely losing it" after the tweet racked up more than 25,000 likes. "Saying cozzie livs is now my 2023 resolution," one person said.
