Lydia Bright welcomed her first baby just a few weeks ago but she's already getting a full 10 hours of sleep.
The former TOWIE star, 30, admitted that her family had been helping with the night feeds with baby Loretta Rose so Lydia can have some shut eye, and last night her sister Georgia stepped in to help.
Taking to her Instagram stories on Friday morning, Lydia said she was feeling refreshed and ready to have a productive day.
Lying in bed still in her pyjamas, the mum-of-one was looking rejuvenated as she spoke directly to the camera just moments after waking up.
She said: "So Georgia did the night feed last night!
"So since Loretta's been born, obviously I'm not asking for time off and I know being a parent you don't get time off, but I've only had two nights where my mum has taken over and allowed me to have the full eight hours sleep unbroken.
"Last night Georgia went 'Do you know what I'll do the night feed tonight, you have a good sleep.'
"I was like, yes eight hours sleep! Well guys I had ten.
"I feel amazing I'm gonna have such a productive day.
"I love my daughter so much but gosh is it good sometimes to get sleep. Thanks George."
She later shared a video of herself dancing around the kitchen, showing the long sleep did her the world of good.
Lydia is set to co-parent her baby - who she nicknamed Dinky throughout her pregnancy - with ex-boyfriend Lee Cronin, after their split last year.
She recently revealed that she went back to work just two weeks after Loretta was born.
Her mum Debbie Bright is also on hand to look after Loretta when Lydia is busy.
