Charlotte, who has launched her own fake tan range, Dawsy Tanning, was recently left worried after revealed she was told she was on the verge of developing type 2 diabetes due to her diet choices.
Charlotte's father Les also had diabetes, with Charlotte being diagnosed with gestational diabetes while pregnant with her son Noah.

Believing it was just a "pregnancy thing", Charlotte returned to her normal eating habits before revealing that a feeling of lethargy caused her to visit the doctor, where she was told she was on the verge of type 2 diabetes.
Jumping on Instagram to inform her fans in a video, she said: "I recently went to the doctors last week cause I've kind of felt a bit like when I was pregnant with gestational diabetes. It is completely different to type two diabetes.
"Some tests have come back cause obviously, they wanted to see me about the diabetes, and I'm a bit like my dad. I don't like going to the doctors. I don't like doing stuff like that. I've basically been told I could have type 2 diabetes if I don't sort my diet out.
