Evil Dead Burn

What’s it about?
After the loss of her husband, a woman seeks solace with her in-laws. As one by one they transform into deadites, she comes to discover that the vows she took in life — survive even in death.
Why watch it?
Evil Dead creator Sam Raimi selected Vanicek as director after being impressed with his work on Infested (2023). Vanicek stated his intention with the film was to, "create a visceral, sensory experience that punches the audience in the gut. I want people to feel physically drained when they leave the theatre, like they've been through an emotional and intense journey”.
Backrooms
Directed by Kane Parsons.

Chiwetel Ejiofor, Renate Reinsve and Mark Duplass.
What’s it about?
After a therapist's patient disappears into a dimension beyond reality, she must venture into the unknown to save him.
Why watch it?
The Backrooms as a concept originated in a 4chan thread in 2019. The thread featured a single still image of empty yellow rooms and read: "If you're not careful and no clip out of reality in the wrong areas, you'll end up in the Backrooms, where nothing but the stink of old moist carpet, the madness of mono-yellow, the endless background noise of fluorescent lights at maximum hum-buzz, and approximately six hundred million square miles of randomly segmented empty rooms to be trapped in. God save you if you hear something wandering nearby, because it sure as hell has heard you.”
Moana
Directed by Thomas Kail.

Catherine Laga’aia, Dwayne Johnson and John Tui.
What’s it about?
Live-action adaptation of the 2016 Disney animated film "Moana".
Why watch it?
Auli'i Cravalho voiced Moana in the animated films, but she declined to reprise the role in live-action because she wanted to pave the way for another Pacific Islander to take on the part.

What’s it about?
The Dhamaal boys are back and ready to chase the "Treasure Of Life”, facing crazy challenges along the way. What starts as a treasure hunt quickly turns into a rollercoaster of hilarious misadventures.
Why watch it?
Predicted to revive the comedy genre, citing its excellent writing and timing.
