New mobile phone operator set to launch in Ireland offering €9.99 a month plan

A new mobile phone operator is set to launch in Ireland offering a plan of just €9.99 a month.

New supplier GoMo will offer the rolling 30 day plan with no long-term contract.

But you'll have to be quick as the €9.99 deal on all calls, texts and data will only apply to the first 100,000 customers to join the service, with the offer remaining in place for these customers for life.

GoMo does not have any physical stores with all transactions taking place online, while customer service will be handled through a webchat team based in Co Limerick.

The operator will not sell phones but only SIMs through their online store.

It was also revealed at the launch yesterday that the company will use eir's mobile network, which offers 99% population coverage and 97% 4G coverage.
