McDonald’s has announced it will trial a new rewards scheme at restaurants across the North West.
The fast food giant is launching My McDonald’s Rewards, a new scheme that allows customers to earn points on every order.
The scheme is being trialled in a number of Merseyside restaurants, including Aintree, Kirkby, Switch Island and more.

All you’ll need to do is download the My McDonald’s app and opt into the scheme. For every £1, customers will earn 100 points, and once you reach 1,500 points you receive a reward.
You can even save up your points to unlock rewards later on, once you’ve hit 2,500 or 4,000 points.
To redeem your rewards, you can select your rewards two ways - by ordering and paying in the app, for pick up or delivery, or redeem at a drive-thru or front counter. Customers also have the option to donate points to BBC’s Children in Need
Here’s what you can get for your points:
1,500 points - Mini McFlurry, Small Fries, Medium Salad, Regular McCafe, Hash Brown
2,500 points - Vegetable Deluxe, Bacon Mayo Chicken, Cheesy Bacon Flatbread, Medium Fries, Double Cheeseburger
4,000 points - Big Mac, Double Sausage & Egg McMuffin, Large Crispy Chicken Salad, Six Chicken McNuggets, McChicken Sandwich
