Manchester United were stepping up their preparations on Friday for a final Premier League showdown with Leicester on the last day of the season.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side head to the King Power Stadium knowing that a point will be enough to guarantee Champions League football next season.
Third place United are ahead of fourth place Chelsea on goal difference and a point above fifth place Leicester.
If United can match or better Chelsea’s result at home to Wolves on Sunday, they will finish third.
United’s performances have dipped at a critical point in the season, however, drawing two of their last three league games and also crashing out of the FA Cup after defeat to Frank Lampard’s side.
They will hope to have Luke Shaw available once again with the left-back missing his side’s last three games with an ankle injury.
Like United, Leicester have also struggled leading into the final day of the season, suffering a heavy 3-0 defeat to Tottenham last time out.
