Luxury hotel Urbanista is set to open on Bold Street later this year.
The hotel will be situated above the former Love Thy Neighbour site, and feature a mixture of 20 suites and double rooms.
Guests can expect plush interiors, in classic contemporary hues, with the hotel hoping to attract groups of friends, couples and families, who are looking to stay in the city centre.
Urbanista Hotel will boast a partners package meaning guests can take advantage of exclusive offers including a dog creche and boarding, partnerships with Delta Taxis and Just Park and deals with city centre restaurants.
The site has recently been taken over by Graffiti Spirits Ground and will be transformed into the brand new concept.
