A new luxury buffet restaurant is opening in Liverpool city centre.
Restaurant chain Cosmo which has 19 sites across the UK announced they would be moving into a 11,128 sq ft site in Liverpool ONE.
The restaurant will be located on the first floor above Byron on Paradise Street in what was previously storage space.
Cosmo Authentic World Kitchen describes itself as the ultimate world buffet "inspired by the best five-star hotels in the world, which bring a choice of fresh food under the same roof and elevate the buffet concept to new levels".
The menu includes dishes from all over the world including steak and seafood cooked on teppanyaki grill by chefs as the guests watch, plus an array of desserts like homemade cakes, comforting puddings, creamy profiteroles, fresh fruit and gelato galore.
There's even a cascading Swiss milk chocolate fountain with a selection of fresh fruit and marshmallows to dip.
Cosmo first launched in the UK market in 2017 and aims to secure a further five sites in 2020 throughout the UK and Ireland and will be taking the restaurant at Liverpool ONE on a new 15-year lease.

There are also plans for restaurants in Glasgow and Dublin which are set to open later this year.
No opening date has yet been confirmed for the Liverpool ONE restaurant.
