Love Island's Jess Shears has snapped back into shape just weeks after giving birth.
The new mum showcased her sensational post-baby body figure in her latest workout video uploaded onto Instagram on Tuesday.
In the sizzling snap, the curvy bombshell displayed her astonishing physique in a sports crop top for her workout with her love Dom Lever.
Jess was workout ready with her long locks tamed in a top knot bun as she posed for the mirror selfie.
"Good to be back, healthy body, healthy mind, healthy mum," she wrote across the snap.
The loved-up couple took some time away from parenting their newborn as they hit the gym to tackle a weights workout together.
Dom pointed out his love slowed down the pace to ensure she wasn't putting her body under too much pressure.
He wrote: "Just to clarify Jess took it easier than normal, she did a lighter weight than the workout requires."
The couple were delighted to give their 1.3million fans just a glimmer into their new lives as parents to their newborn.
In one of the snaps, the smitten lovebirds put on a very cosy display as Jess wrapped her arms around Dom's neck.
The new mum has already hit out at vile baby trolls after she become a mother for the first time.
It's all change as Dom has already decided to get a hair transplant for his receding hairline.
The happy pair fell for each other when they first crossed paths on the 2017 series of Love Island.
Despite bowing out of the series early, the couple's love for each other has blossomed off camera.
