She's just been announced as the new host of Love Island but Laura Whitmore won't be celebrating with her boyfriend turned co-star Iain Stirling this Christmas.
The couple were forced to spend some time together through a video call on FaceTime as she had a family Christmas in her native Ireland.
Laura, 34, spent the day in snowman pyjamas and a Christmas hat as she enjoyed some downtime before Love Island returns in the new year.
She roped in her pet dog to video chat with Iain, who looked less festive in a black beanie hat and a matching jumper.
They both beamed as they chatted away, despite being so far apart.
Laura post a grab of the moment on her stories, writing: "Christmas FaceTimes!"
It comes after Laura was announced as Caroline Flack's replacement on Winter Love Island, which begins in just a few weeks.
Caroline stepped down from the show after she was arrested and charged for an alleged attack on her boyfriend Lewis Burton.
Soon after ITV confirmed Laura would take over to join Iain, the show's narrator, on the series.
And there were no hard feelings from Caroline, who said Laura would be good in the role.
Taking to her Instagram stories, she said: "I'm glad it's Laura... she loves the show as much as I do...
"Again... thank you for your continuous messages of support... it's a really rough time... but I'm doing all I can to keep my head above water and sort this all out..."
