The high street shop frequently takes to Instagram to share its latest items, and its most recent footwear product has captured the attention of many.
New Look ’s post shows a pair of off-white knee-high chunky boots with the caption “The head-turning boots you need in your basket”.

Many shoppers shared their thoughts on the £46.99 boots and people are clearly feeling divided, as despite many claiming they "need" them, some compared the design of the boots to various things.
One person commented beneath the photo: “Storm trooper vibes #starwars”
A second said: “these look like those boots people wear at the fisheries” with someone replying “I thought the same or butchers”
A third wrote: “these r similar to my mortuary Wellies!” followed by a laughing face emoji.
However, some shoppers love the design of the boots, including one who commented: “Omg..... i love” followed by the heart eye emoji.
