New Look's 'gorgeous' £36 midi dress modelled by Holly Willoughby that's perfect for the summer

New Look is renowned for its affordable wardrobe staples, with the fashion brand stocking a range of impressive summer outfits.

But one of the chain's latest items has gotten shoppers very excited after it was modelled by Holly Willoughby. The presenter wore the £35.99 dress to film ITV's This Morning last week.

It's described on the website as: "Finished with ruffle detailing for an ethereal touch of elegance, this green midi dress will make any occasion extra special. Complete the look with strappy heels and a cute grab handle bag."

Holly also shared an image of the attire on her social media, which amassed thousands of likes. One person said: "Looking more gorgeouser (is that even a word) by the day. Keeping going girl."

Another wrote: "Beautiful", while a third wrote: "At last an affordable dress for viewers to buy if they so wish thank you wardrobes".

For shoppers hunting for summer gems, Primark is selling a Moroccan-inspired £16 maxi skirt that is perfect for hot weather.

Sharing the £16 item on Instagram, Primark said: "Outfit styling at sunset." On its website, it says: "We’re obsessing over our long silhouettes this season and we have just the skirt to slay in! Crafted with a cotton rich composition, this skirt is complete with an elasticated waist for a comfortable fit, tiered details, Moroccan-inspired print and midi length.

"Suitable for most occasions, from weddings to picnics or a day at the races, this vibrant skirt will not disappoint! Pair it with a crop tee and canvas trainers for a casual look or style it with the matching shirred top for a co-ord moment. We’re in love"

The chain is also selling a matching crop top for just £9. Primark fans shared their love for the look on social media, but some feared they were too old to pull off the attire.
